Welcome to AgCert™
AgCert International (AgCert™) is a leader in the production and sale of greenhouse gas (GHG) emission reductions. Headquartered in Dublin, Ireland, AgCert was founded to generate emission reductions from livestock farms to reduce the adverse impacts of greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions related to global warming and climate change. AgCert is now the worldwide leader in agriculturally derived emission reductions, and we are applying our expertise to create industrial based emission reductions as well. The GHG emission reductions are pooled and sold to industrial emitters, governments, funds and energy traders.AgCert is a "mass producer" of Certified Emission Reductions (CERs), capable of generating millions of CERs annually. Through consistent application of science across nearly all geographies, we produce a large, consistent and permanent source of GHG emission reductions to address the reduction shortfalls of large emitters around the world. Our GHG reduction methodology has received approval from the CDM Executive Board of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change.

AgCert Registers 11 more projects under the Clean Development Mechanism
AgCert, a leader in the production and sale of greenhouse gas (GHG) emission reductions, announced it registered eleven more projects under the Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) of the Kyoto Protocol. This brings the company total to 86 registered CDM projects, reaffirming its position as an industry leader in Certified Emission Reduction (CER) project development and carbon offset production. CER projects are 'registered' only after thorough validation by approved third-party auditing agencies to confirm that the proposed project activity would result in real, measurable and long-term emission reductions."AgCert's 86 registered projects prove our ability to work consistently within the rigorous, high-quality CDM process" said Yuda Saydun, the Company's Executive Vice President of Operations.
Last year the company launched its TurboGreen division to leverage AgCert's considerable CDM experience to benefit industries such as cement, power generation, metals, oil and gas, mining, landfills, waste management, bio-mass, bio-fuels and renewable energy such as wind and hydroelectric. TurboGreen has proprietary business processes, best-in-class emission reduction solutions, and financing options focused on carbon reduction for industry.
